Shipping Policy
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after an order has been submitted successfully. Due to payment type, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate or different from your shipping address. Our process and ship your order within 3-10 business days of successful payment. A tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking the status of your order.
Local deliveries will be handled by Kerry express. Delivery time depends on each destination. Shipping cost is fixed at THB 90 per piece for all destinations in Thailand and will be included in the payment during checkout.Status of the delivery can be tracked at https://th.kerryexpress.com/th/track/

International deliveries will be handled by DHL. Delivery time depends on each destination. Shipping cost will be determined by weight and destination and will be included in the payment during checkout. Status of the DHL delivery can be tracked at http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At LynnIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’re here to help!
Exchange Policy:
• Size Exchange: You can exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same item.
• Exchange Process: Once your return request is registered, the exchange process will take approximately 3-4 working days to be completed.
How to Request an Exchange:
1. Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
3. Once your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
